Refurbishment of the reception area and guest bar to The Glasshouse, Edinburgh. A small project with a big impact.
Our work involved a refurbishment of the existing entrance reception, to create a dynamic colour changing light sequence and signature chandelier for the new reception area. Also included, was the manufacture, supply and installation of two new bespoke reception counters. This challenging interior fit out involved complex work and joinery at high level to create and realise the dynamic and exciting lighting effects desired. The result is an interesting and vibrant reception area that is constantly changing in stark contrast to the sombre Victorian exterior of the Listed facade.
We were also asked to provide the manufactured joinery for all display cabinetry, wall panelling and bar counter to the new guest bar area. Finished in dark stained oak with integrated LED lighting, it provides a warm convivial corner to the main gallery area.
