Indigo Yard

One of our milestone projects, taking on the full refurbishment of one of Edinburgh’s most popular bars represented challenging and exhilarating experience. Operating as Main Contractor, the project involved a complete strip out of the existing space to replace it with a brand new launch concept for Indigo Yard.

The project involved many challenges, including structural remedial works to the existing glass roof, as well as the manufacture and install of the 5m high bespoke signature rear gantry to the bar. Francey Limited were responsible for the manufacture, supply and fitting of all metalwork, joinery, bar, fixed seating and loose tables a s well as all electrical and decorations on the project.

The result is a true transformation of one of Edinburgh’s signature bars, one of the first to launch to craft beer craze in the city. The finishes are high quality and authentic. All delivered in a timescale that was within 1 weeks.
